On a blue and red divided field, a yellow triangle centered, bearing the Shoulder Sleeve Insignia of the 1st Armored Division.  On each side a yellow scroll doubled green six-parted: on the left, from top to bottom inscribed “1943” in green; “NAPLES-FOGGIA”, “ROME-ARNO”, “NORTH APENNINES”, “PO VALLEY” in brown letters; “DEF. SAUDI ARABIA” in black letters. On the right inscribed, “KUWAIT LIBERATION”, CEASE-FIRE” in black letters; “NATIONAL RESOLUTION”, “IRAQI SURGE”, “IRAQI SOVEREIGNTY”, and “NEW DAWN” in red letters.

The band regalia were authorized on 11 October 2013 and amended 29 May 2020 to include updated campaign participation credit.
